Sacred Resonance

Thursday, November 12 @ 7:00PM — 8:30PMThu, Nov 12 @ 7:00PM — 8:30PM

Brand Art Yoga, 227 North Market St., Frederick, MD 21701

Sacred Resonance is an immersive healing experience weaving grounding meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and the ancient vibrations of the didgeridoo. Through mindful stillness, deep rest, sound, and energy, participants journey inward to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves in a nurturing space of profound relaxation and renewal.

Participants are guided into fully supported restorative yoga postures while Luz Brand-Lopez offers Reiki throughout the practice. At the same time, Pitz Quattrone creates a live vibrational soundscape with the Didgeridoo, responding intuitively as we move through the experience. We call this The Healing Conversation—a living dialogue between Reiki and sound, where vibration and energy work together to support each participant in a deeply personal way. The experience concludes with Yoga Nidra, allowing participants to enter a state of profound rest while immersed in the grounding resonance of the Didgeridoo. Introductory Admission is $35. To purchase tickets, contact Luz at: brandartyoga@gmail.com and 301-514-6232
