Sacred Resonance is an immersive healing experience weaving grounding meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and the ancient vibrations of the didgeridoo. Through mindful stillness, deep rest, sound, and energy, participants journey inward, releasing tension, restoring balance, and reconnecting with themselves in a nurturing space of profound relaxation and renewal.

Participants are guided into fully supported restorative yoga postures while Luz Brand-Lopez offers Reiki throughout the practice. At the same time, Pitz Quattrone creates a live vibrational soundscape with the ​Didgeridoo, responding intuitively as we move through the experience. We call this The Healing Conversation—a living dialogue between Reiki and sound, where vibration and energy work together to support each participant in a deeply personal way. The experience concludes with Yoga Nidra, allowing participants to enter a state of profound rest while immersed in the grounding resonance of the ​Didgeridoo.
